Vacation - HELP! My family and I were on our way to a ski vacation in VT. On the highway, my vehicles passenger side window inadvertantly opened. Thankfully the weather was mild and not snowing or cold. We pulled into Heritage Toyota without an appointment or calling ahead. I walked into the service area and met Tom Kulhowvick. He immediately took a look at the window, assessed the problem and said they could fix it within an hour. Tom was friendly, relaxing, and kept us at peace. In addition, Tom arranged to have a courtesy vehicle take my boys to a the Burton Headquarters. This was a real treat and unexpected. Within the hour, we were back on the road. Tom was amazing and professional. I left the dealership wishing there was a way to thank him. The entire experience could have been miserable, but Tom and the team at Heritage took care of it and made it a small hiccup in our travels. More

I wouldn't shop anywhere else! Marc really listened to what I wanted in a car and what my budget was. Then he took the time to find exactly what I needed and had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. I never felt any pressure to look at a car that would not meet my needs. This is the second car I have leased from Heritage Toyota and the experience has never been anything but amazing. Travis walked me through the paper work at just the right speed and answered all of my questions. He made sure I had all of the necessary coverage and did not pressure me to purchase any additional products. More
