Going into a new lease with Frankie's help was an easy pleasurable experience. I never once felt pressured and really had all my questions and concerns addressed. The dealership was very easy to work with when buying my new car, when service on the new car was needed they didn’t hesitate to cover the costs since it was within the 30 day window. There were some hiccups with the service department not scheduling an appointment when they said they would, but overall a very easy and friendly experience at the dealership! More
