I only had two complaints in 3+ years with my last 2019 RAV4, the seatbelt alarm kept going off intermittently. Even when I was the only one in it and there was nothing on the sear. Instead, they waited until I called to find out why it was taking so long. Over a week. It was just sitting there. Then I had trouble keeping the tires (two) inflated. Very slow leak. It has been great working with Tek to find the exact car we were looking for.. After our Rav4 was stolen in late December and then declared "totaled", we tried to find another Rav4 with the same packages, we were looking for.. Tek worked with Heritage management to change the specs on a car that was not yet built in order to match the color and packages we wanted. He went above and beyond in his help.
