MY WIFE AND I TRAVELED FROM INDIANA AND WAS GREETED AT THE AIRPORT BY KEVIN WITH A BIG SOUTHERN SMILE. KEVIN AND THE STAFF WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS IN THE PURCHASE OF OUR NEW SERVICE TRUCK. THIS DEALER THE AIRPORT BY KEVIN WITH A BIG SOUTHERN SMILE. KEVIN AND THE STAFF WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS IN THE PURCHASE OF OUR NEW SERVICE TRUCK. THIS DEALERSHIP UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KEVIN DID NOT SALE THE TRUCK OVER INVOICE, I THANKED HIM FOR THAT AND HE MENTIONED THAT HE HATED THE FACT HE COULDN'T DISCOUNT IT. THIS IS THE HUGE BENEFIT OF DEALING WITH A SMALL FAMILY-OWNED DEALERSHIP BECAUSE YOU AREN'T JUST A NUMBER. FOR EXAMPLE, WES WHO IS THE SALES MANAGER AND NEXT GENERATION OWNER MADE A POINT TO COME OUTSIDE BEFORE WE LEFT TO CONFIRM THAT OUR EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE KNOWING THAT WE TRAVELED 600 MILES TO PURCHASE THE TRUCK.
