Went to Herlong ford in Edgefield Sc today to get oil Went to Herlong ford in Edgefield Sc today to get oil change an brakes replaced I told them I had a ford credit card account but I haven't received Went to Herlong ford in Edgefield Sc today to get oil change an brakes replaced I told them I had a ford credit card account but I haven't received the card yet and that I will bill to that account I got there around 3pm after sitting there for over 2hr I thought they had my billing straight when It was time to go they told me my bill an I told them to bill it to my ford account little did I know they did not know how to bill the account and the only person that knew how went home at 5 and they didn't want to call her so they told me that I could not get my keys without another form of payment and refused to let me get my truck... I brought this truck 6 months ago and had to pay $601 today .. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY BUY OR DEAL WITH THEM EVER even the sales person lies also I Will NEVER I MEAN NEVER BUY A VECHIAL FROM OR TAKE MY TRUCK BACK FOR SERVICE.. More
