In the mean time Glenda called and checked on us and we made an appointment to come back with Dad.While test driving the car there was a problem with it the temperature.So we left not feeling to good about the car.Glenda assured us it would be checked out and fixed.The next morning she called to say it was being serviced, and later she called to say it had been repaired would we like to come back and drive it again. I told her about our credit problem, but she said her and her manager would work on getting it financed. She was able to get it done!The finance guy was just as thoughtful and nice(I forgot his name). We had gotten the "run around" from several other dealers, but Hiley seemed to really want our business, even though it wasnt alot of money and we were not "great" credit customers. We appreaciate the considerate treatment and follow through that we were given. I will highly recommend Glenda and Hiley to all my family and friends for their next car purchase! By the way the other dealership sent me an email after "working" on the deal for 2 weeks and said they couldnt help us, imagine an email not the consideration of a call! I LOVE HILEY! More

My EOS has a problem with the battery draining. Thought we were just having bad luck with batteries. The original battery only lasted 2 years. I purchased a new battery from Pep Boys because it went dead we were just having bad luck with batteries. The original battery only lasted 2 years. I purchased a new battery from Pep Boys because it went dead on a Sunday and the dealership was closed. Second battery lasted several months before going dead. Pep boys replaced it under warranty. The third battery only lasted a few weeks. At this point we determined something was going on with the car and not the battery. The first time I took it in they kept if for two weeks and did not find the problem although it drained the battery while there. Gave it back with a "so sorry there's nothing we can do". I was not given a loaner until the second week. A week later the car was dead again. This time they towed it in hoping they could diagnose it if I didn't jump start it. It was towed in Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon they said the battery wouldn't hold a charge so couldn't run a draw test and asked did I want to buy a battery so that they could run a test. Well no, my battery which was basically ruined due to it being drained several times was under warranty at Pep Boys. I faxed them my recpt, on Wednesday, they tried to get a new battery from Pep Boys who refused to replace it (they said the battery tested good). Thursday they decide to pull a new battery out of one of their cars so they can run the diagnostic test. Friday it's "so sorry we can't find what's draining the battery there's nothing we can do" I'm hoping I can get my Pep Boys battery replaced once more and take it to someone who can actually fix it. I offered to purchase a battery from the dealership if they would gaurantee that I could get it replaced everytime it was ruined. They turned down my offer. I called the national customer care number and basically got no one who cared. Their suggestion was for me to take it to a different dealership. I did verify that they were working with the "technical specialists" at Volkswagen. Volkswagen is not reliable. Think twice about buying one. They have strange electrical problems which they can't fix. More

Went to Hiley's for 100,000 mile check-up on my 2002 Beetle and drove out with a 2007 Passat AND also a 2002 Beetle all fixed up !!! Had quite a day but it was very pleasant and painless !! We had a terrific experience at Hiley VW. We made an appointment with Ken and he was ready for us when we arrived. We had done extensive research on what we wanted and had visited many VW and Audi deale appointment with Ken and he was ready for us when we arrived.
