Would like to say thank you. I called because my car was stuck in park and couldn't get it to come out of park. Scott walked me thru the process of getting out of park in order to get to their service cente stuck in park and couldn't get it to come out of park. About 10am this morning my wife said the car won't start. I have a 2009 Town and Country, and I checked it and it was dead!! I mean DEAD.. No power to anything..I called Hill Kelly Dodge, spoke with John Ch I have a 2009 Town and Country, and I checked it and it was dead!! I mean DEAD.. No power to anything..I called Hill Kelly Dodge, spoke with John Chambers. He gave me the current number for Chrysler roadside service and I had a nice visit with Dani on the phone and within the hour a wrecker showed up to tow it to the dealership. John Chambers called me about 3pm saying it was ready. The battery had a dead cell and the battery was replaced...Since we are a single car couple (seniors in our 70's) we had no way to go get it so John sent a courtesy car for me. And that's just what Charles the driver was, courteous and a good, safe driver. It was probably the best service all around that I've received from a car dealer in my 50 plus years of driving...that's why all 5's in the rating portion. Jim Bodiford More

Service Advisor very friendly, courteous and helpful. Was made aware of a special service being offered on oil changes. Service was prompt and professional. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Upon getting my Ram truck back from the body shop for some minor work, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the dealer had washed the exterior and thoroughly cleaned the interior.
