I went, on a rainy Saturday, to Hell Kelly to trade in my 96 Dakota on a newer Ram truck. There were two Rams in stock that might fill my needs. I chose one of the trucks, an 08 Ram SLT. Due to the weather and just poor decision making on my part, I didn't take either truck for a test drive or take it home overnight although the sales consultant, Richard Hartline, recommended it. On Sunday I decided to buy the SLT, completing the deal except for a certified check I was to bring around the next day. When I got the truck home, I knew it was bigger than what I needed and was unhappy with my purchase. Arriving at the dealership I asked Mr Hartline if the deal could be switched to the other truck, an 06 ST that is shorter and lower to the ground. He said he would try, and it was okayed by the finance manager, Mr. Hill, but the only way to do it was to go through with the SLT deal, then trade it in on the ST. I was surprised the dealship would do this for me. Ellen Holmes, the business manager, got busy on the paper work, and the deal was completed in a short while. Everone involved in this transaction was helpful, cordial, and completely professional throughout this process. Ms Holmes, Mr. Hartline, and Mr. Hill are to be congratulated on going the extra mile to insure the customer was happy and in the best vehicle for his needs. I am very grateful for the extra effort and will continue to deal with this fine dealship. More

I FIRST MET REECE WHEN I NEEDED TO HAVE MY 2006 DODGE DAKOTA LARAMIE SERVICED. I WAS WELL SATISFIED WITH REECE. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAD BEEN SERVICED AND ADVISED ME MY TIRES HAD REACHED THE POINT W DAKOTA LARAMIE SERVICED. I WAS WELL SATISFIED WITH REECE. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAD BEEN SERVICED AND ADVISED ME MY TIRES HAD REACHED THE POINT WHERE THEY NEEDED TO CHANGED. HE INFORMED ME THE TIRES WERE NOT IN STOCK AND HE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THEM. REECE NOTIFIED ME WHEN THE TIRES HAD ARRIVED. I RETURNED TO HAVE MY TIRES CHANGED. THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE WAS RUBBING, DUE TO SOME DAMAGE I HAD RECIEVED TO IT. I ALSO HAD SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO THE REAR BUMBER AND THE RIGHT SIDE. I ASKED REECE IF HE WOULD DO A DAMAGE ESTIMATE. HE WILLINGLY OBLIGED. I HAD TO CONTACT MY INSURANCE COMPANY. AFTER THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER HAD PROVIDED ESTIMATES I RETURNED TO HILL KELLY DODGE FOR THE REPAIR WORK. REECE HAD TO CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ON MY BEHALF. HE TOOK THIS BURDEN OFF ME. AS MORE DAMAGE HAD OCURRED THAN WAS READLY VISIBLE, HE OBTAINED MORE FUNDS SO THE DAMAGE COULD BE COMPLETED. I WAS WELL SATISFIED WITH REECE'S PERFORMANCE, HE KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE PROGESS OF THE REPAIRS. I WAS MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THE REPAIR WORK. I HAVE NO PROBLEM TO RECOMMED REECE TO ANYONE. What can I say about Richard Hartline... Well, I rolled into Hill-Kelly Dodge to "window shop" the Dodge Rams. Richard came by and introduced himself and I told him I was just browsing. He was good enough answer my questions about the trucks on the lot and was very courteous and professional. I happened across a truck that really caught my eye and took it for a test drive. I was sold...but still wasn't buying. Richard asked if I wanted to see what they could do deal wise and I thought what the heck..so inside we went. Less then 10 minutes later he walked over and showed me their best deal, and it was. None of the typical "what's it gonna take to put into this vehicle today" or "let me bounce this off my manager" junk.. He showed me a great truck, then followed it up with a terrific deal, and I drove home in a new Dodge Ram..happy as a pig in mud. Would I work with Richard again? In a heartbeat.
