I was very disappointed with the service, or should I say lack of service, I received. My vehicle was there for over 5 weeks and I could never get any help. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to even p lack of service, I received. My vehicle was there for over 5 weeks and I could never get any help. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to even pick up the phone. I talked to someone on the chat box on their website and was promised that a manager would call me, but never did. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who promised a call back and never received. All in all very unsatisfactory. More

I Arranged a date for my Factory repair service. Arrived at the date and time. I waited an hour and a half to be told. When I set an appointment, I expect someone to be there to fix my vehicle not be told it’s an appointment just to drop off my vehicle. I believe this is very unprofessional and this policy needs to be changed More
