Came in for my recalls to get done & to check a noise that happens when I reverse .. never got the results of why it's making that noise when I was told it would get checked & now the front end of my car that happens when I reverse .. never got the results of why it's making that noise when I was told it would get checked & now the front end of my car is making a noise when i dropped it off it wasn't making noise... not happy I spent 1400 & I feel like my recalls didn't get done nor inspection get done I usually get videos of what is done to my car this time i didn't get none so I'm not happy & I feel like I get robbed out of my money More

Good afternoon, After getting my vehicle serviced, the guy at the window told me that the technician said I need my breaks done. I then asked him which ones, the front or the back? (Mind you, I just got m guy at the window told me that the technician said I need my breaks done. I then asked him which ones, the front or the back? (Mind you, I just got my breaks done in the front last year in which I paid probably $1,200 for, from this same dealership.. the only one I trust) The guy at the window then tells me that the technician said I need breaks done all over. So I told the guy at the window, if you would have said that I only need breaks done on the rear I would’ve went with it. But since I just got my breaks done in the front last year, that’s a big lie! And I also told him to pull it up in his system to see if I’m lying or not. In which he did! He then tells that same technician to put my truck back on the lift and he was going to inspect it himself, in which he did. And he came back to tell me that the front is better than the rear and that I’m good and that I don’t need breaks done at this time. I then goes to tell the guy at the window that I work for Broward county transportation as a bus technician and I know exactly what I’m talking about because I do this type of work on a regular basis and that I’m highly disappointed that one of your guys would try to take advantage of me and tell a bold face lie! This was the only dealership that I ever let touch my vehicle! But after that lie the tech told, I will be finding somewhere else to service my vehicles going forward More

Terrible service! !!!! Your service agent “Steve” is the worse agent I have dealt with in my 50 years of owning a vehicle… if he worked for me he would be fired! The ve !!!! The vehicle still has one of the issues we took it in for, he was more interested in contacting me to lock on additional service than address the issue. My vehicle was at the dealership for two weeks and he never reached out to me, I had to call, no response and had to drive there twice. UNSAT Service!!! More
