I received poor service during an oil change, and new tires mount and balance. My wheels where not balanced, and valve stem caps were missing. My truck shook violently upon leaving. Service was closing so I had to return Monday and miss work to get the issue corrected. My vehicle still shakes at high speeds, not to mention when leaving the 2nd time I heard loud knocks in the wheel area, I believe that some of the weights came off. I took my truck to another shop and had it fixed. I will not be returning to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep for any future service. More

I arrived at service department in the afternoon without an appointment for an oil change. I was in and out with in a hour. All around great customer service, from the woman at the service desk , the mechan an appointment for an oil change. I was in and out with in a hour. I was very unhappy with the service at the dealership as a whole. Im still waiting for a loaner to take my car in to be serviced, its been a month, still on a waiting list. I have been going in each Monday and the same answer. Not enough cars, not enough cars, not enough mechanics. THEY CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG and something that should take one day, takes 5 days. BEAUTIFUL CARS SUCKY SERVICE!! Tehy know how to sell, but they dont even know anything about what they are selling, or how to work it. Took me 3 years to finally have after 7 different people to figure out how to us the volume on the tv screen and even that he had to play around with it, it wasnt one, two, three, we had to figure it out. 3 years!!!!! Im xxxxxx off. More
