I brought my vehicle in around 1:00 PM for an oil change and to have my tail light and turn signal replaced. I even rented a car from the Enterprise next door so the shop could also inspect a squeaking nois and to have my tail light and turn signal replaced. I even rented a car from the Enterprise next door so the shop could also inspect a squeaking noise coming from the right side of my vehicle. Before I left they had already begun installing the lights which was a good sign, I left a short while after. I called the shop multiple times the following day and received no response. When I finally came back in person at about 1 PM at what I believe was a reasonable amount of time for the work to be completed I was told that only the lights had been replaced. The oil change was not done, and the squeaking issue was never checked. As a result, I unnecessarily rented a car and left my vehicle overnight for work that was not completed as requested. Truly terrible service, will never come back. More

The young lady in the service area did not take the time to coordinate the part I ordered with installation of the part. She never got up from her seat to even look at my vehicle.
