Made an appointment weeks in advance for a recall, and asked for same day turn around as the recall notice said it was a same day repair. Brought it in and was told we're a little backed up so it could be asked for same day turn around as the recall notice said it was a same day repair. After second day I called to be told 'we said it would be 2-3days' ..ok not what was said but fine on day 5 (now Mon to Friday. I called to be told it was being worked on right now it should be ready by EOD. I said I cant pick up until tommorow(sat) and was told ok thats fine I'll call when ita ready tho. Fri, sat, sun all pass no call. Monday (now day 8) comes and I call to be told you can pick it up but the paperwork wont be ready until tommorow. Ok fine. I pick it up. Tues comes and goes no paperwork is emailed to me. Wends I call amd 'oh they didnt email it to you? Let me like into it.' We are now approaching end of day Thursday, day 11 since drop off and though I do have my vehicle back I still do not have the paperwork as to what was completed. More

My car was there for 3 weeks to fix a water pump. I drove it home and coolant leaked all over my driveway because they didn’t hook up the hoses after the job was complete.
