I have been to the dealership twice in person and no resolution was provided. The pricing discrepancy, the mileage difference between what was represented at sale and what appears on the contract, the denial of warranty coverage, and the vehicle’s strong and alarming mechanical noise remain unresolved. The Jeep is making significant mechanical sounds and I do not feel comfortable driving it. This is unacceptable for a vehicle that was sold as certified. This matter is being formally documented and reviewed, including potential legal action. I am requesting a direct written response from dealership management addressing these issues specifically. All communication and documentation are being preserved.
