Stay away! ! Went in for front end shaking thumping and burning smell. In FRONT END. Alleged “Diagnostics test” revealed “REAR Differential” issue. When I questi ! Went in for front end shaking thumping and burning smell. In FRONT END. Alleged “Diagnostics test” revealed “REAR Differential” issue. When I questioned Steve, he told me front end was fine. One week and $6000 later I received the car. Drove off lot and thumping returned. Went back to dealer and they claimed all was fine. Drove off again and almost caused a major accident on 595 when brakes seized up. Got car to Meineke and was diagnosed with front left brakes and rotors. Another $1500 spent and Hollywood has provided no restitution. This type of dealership is the reason people typically don’t trust!! They wanted to “repair” everything but the real issue and you get that phony salesman feeling the moment you walk in. More
