I showed up with dead batteries and was greeted with a lady that listened to me and gave me my options on replacement. Also explained that the filters needed to change. Thanks to service advisor Steve Ruth and his manipulation and lies i gotta give this service center 1 star. I was straight forward in what I needed done and clearly said if you cant do it ill have my car tow and lies i gotta give this service center 1 star. I was straight forward in what I needed done and clearly said if you cant do it ill have my car towed to someone who can. Steve said he worked some numbers with my warranty company and we had a set price. Steve lied to me the whole 11 days they had my vehicle calling me to finally pick uo my car but when I get there he didn't even remember calling me and said the part just came in that day and he made a mistake and mixed me up with someone else so I had to wait 2 more days for my car to be fixed. Steve calls and now tells me I owe $485 after we agreed to $185 for the out of pocket labor saying it was extra cost but he never called and told me this before doing the work. The guys a straight up con artist and xxx person so I will NEVER take my vehicle to Hollywood jeep again. 1 More
