AC quit and I took in Dodge Ram 1500 to see why. I was sold $1,800 in investigation of the problem and fluid changes (not including transmission fluid). Next day they called and said I needed an evaporator. . They quoted me $2,850.00 + tax (plus the $1,800.00 that they had completed). I argued the price was too high. They cut $200 on labor then $100 on parts. Still too high. I got the AC repair at an independent shop for $1,350.00 + tax. Too late to stop the $1,800.00 fluid change and investigation. They also told me I needed a new cigarette lighter portal that turned out to be a fuse. Seems they push extra services like COVID disinfectant spray and charge "Rolls Royce" prices. On 2 occasions my wife and I have had to deal with poor disclosure that has resulted in extra charges after the deal has been concluded. On the first occasion my wife tried to reach out to finance to dispu disclosure that has resulted in extra charges after the deal has been concluded. On the first occasion my wife tried to reach out to finance to dispute the initial issue in which she was ignored and no one was ever available to talk to her. I wont be purchasing any other vehicle at this location as I feel disappointed and misguided by staff. More
