Vehicle was there for 6 weeks very little communication I needed to reach out multiple times to get a hold of someone find out details. Called jeep corporate to get help. All parts pricing was 40% to 100% ma needed to reach out multiple times to get a hold of someone find out details. Called jeep corporate to get help. All parts pricing was 40% to 100% markup. Found same parts from mopar directly for 50% less cost. Very disappointed, with all the vehicles I've owned never had this kind of service or treated this way. More

This is the amount of money I spent 3 times without results from July 22 , July 31 and August 8( The total amount for starter and the batteries is 2640.32 plus tax, Your vehicle is ready and the total results from July 22 , July 31 and August 8( The total amount for starter and the batteries is 2640.32 plus tax, Your vehicle is ready and the total amount for the repair after tax is $2820.67, As per our conversation on the phone,the total amount for the repair is $2057.42) ) after I spent all that money , the mechanic who works in the car said I need to change the engine. It’s very frustrating to m because thy should have seen the problem when they diagnosed the car when I brought it on just 8.. now I have to spend another 6k or more somewhere else to replace the engine.
