This has been the worst experience I have had at this dealership. The customer service and quality of work have gone way down. Everyday I am told that I will get a call with updates in the morning only, dealership. The customer service and quality of work have gone way down. I have to repeatedly call them just to find out if my car is fixed before service closes. I was told my car was repaired, I paid and began driving off the lot only to find out it wasn't and had to immediately return. Then I was told I would receive a loaner vehicle the next day first thing in the morning. By 12 I realized that this was probably not going to happen. I repeatedly called no response, finally a phone call was returned at 4:30 pm to tell me that they still had not fixed my car and the loaner would not be available until Monday. I was told I would receive the loaner on Friday morning. At this point I asked for a manager. The manager offered zero solutions. I would go to a different Chrysler service if you could. This one used to be good, but not any more. No communication, No follow through on promises, Bad customer service. More
