I like the idea of the express lane. I don’t like that I have to get my alignment adjusted after I rotate my tires the last two times I have rotated the tires. I appreciate Caylie bein I don’t like that I have to get my alignment adjusted after I rotate my tires the last two times I have rotated the tires. I appreciate Caylie being a relatively new employee. What she did not know she asked her supervisor. I don’t like being asked to give a 5 star rating because the company will dock her pay $500. She is trying to do a good job. With some help she’ll get there. More

I am a recent unhappy customer of the Hollywood Chrysler Jeep Service Department. On April 26, I brought my vehicle into the dealership for basic service. Specifically, I requested my first oil change and my first tire rotation, both services to be covered by “Jeep Cares”. I left my vehicle at service and went inside to wait. After approximately 90 minutes I returned to the service area and was told they had just completed the service on my Jeep. The service writer, Caylie, advised me that everything was completed. At this point I asked if the tire rotation had been performed and she immediately replied, “yes”. I asked if she was sure and she called out to a technician who was nearby. The technician responded that he didn’t do the tire rotation because he couldn’t find the wheel key. He also advised the tires were within “spec” and did not need to be rotated. Despite the tire rotation not being performed it was listed on the service order as complete. I asked Caylie to remove the tire rotation from the receipt because the work wasn’t done and she advised that she could not change the work order, but to ask the cashier. I went inside and asked the cashier for a work order that accurately reflected the work done and was told she could not modify the work order. Caylie was called into the cashier area, and I advised I was concerned that the dealership would “bill” for the service that wasn’t performed. Caylie hand wrote I was assured by Caylie that the dealership would not bill for work that was not performed. Caylie then wrote “Not done -Caylie” on my copy of the receipt. I advised her that was not sufficient and requested a manager. After approximately ten minutes Gracie came into the cashier area and identified herself as the service manager. I advised Gracie of my concerns and she also advised she could not modify the incorrect service order. After a significant period of back and forth, with both Caylie and Gracie leaving and returning to the cashier area I was given a second work order that states only “Rotation was not performed” and “Info Information Only.” Throughout this entire time period both Gracie and Caylie repeatedly assured me that the tire rotation would not be charged. On 4/29, while looking at my “Jeep Cares” account I see that your dealership did deduct my credit for the tire rotation, WHICH WAS NOT PERFORMED. On May 1 a customer rep called me from the dealer and I relayed my circumstances. Approximately 30 minutes later I received a call from Richard Hernandez the general manager. I relayed the story again and Richard advised he would call me back before the end of the day. It has been two weeks today and I am still waiting for that phone call. With at least 5 Jeep dealerships within a 30-minute drive, I will definitely NOT be returning to this one. More
