I regret to share that my recent experience at this Kia dealership was far from satisfactory. I expected a far more professional and respectful experience when making such a significant purchase. From start to finish, the process was frustrating and disappointing for the following reasons: The selection of available cars was extremely limited, making it difficult to find a suitable option. Overpriced Service Package: I was charged an exorbitant amount for a service package. To date, I have not received the items promised with it. Unsanitary Facilities: The bathrooms were extremely dirty, with no toilet paper and an overall lack of cleanliness—completely unprofessional and unsanitary. Poor Customer Service: There was a clear lack of hospitality throughout the process, and inappropriate language was used during the finance and warranty discussions. Prolonged Process: The entire buying experience took far too long due to inefficiencies and a lack of coordination. After the sale, there was no follow-up on trade pickup. Again, I expected a far more professional and respectful experience when making such a significant purchase. I was charged an exuberant amount for a service package. To date, I have not even received the items paid/promised with it. The car purchased has a poor alignment, which makes for an unsafe and uncomfortable drive. Has already been in service. -500 miles There was a clear lack of hospitality throughout the process, and inappropriate language was used during the finance and warranty discussions.
