I purchased a car for my son. And the car was not registered when he called for roadside assistance. So my son had to buy a tire since he had a flat . He was told to call the deal And the car was not registered when he called for roadside assistance. So my son had to buy a tire since he had a flat . He was told to call the dealership to get a refund. . I have called many times an spoke to Sean and Carlos about what happen and wanted a refund for the tire my son had to buy. I have not gotten a call back . And the General manager Mitchell never in . I was surprised how you only care about the sale and when there a problem you go Ghost. I am still waiting for a call back. More

Omar is the best! He helped me out right away even though I was originally told I would have to wait over a month for an appointment. My battery was dead (but still un He helped me out right away even though I was originally told I would have to wait over a month for an appointment. My battery was dead (but still under warranty), so he let me drop off my car the night before because I had gotten my it started, so that my car was there first thing in the morning just in case I had trouble starting it the next day. He even had my 22,500 mile service done, my oil changed, my battery replaced, my air filters replaced, and my car pulled around and waiting for me when I arrived. He arranged for Uber to drop me off at my house and pick me up from my house. I had a no hassle experience thanks to Omar!!! He deserves a raise, an award, a bonus, or recognition for being friendly, helpful & calming. More
