We were very pleased and touched that they made time to attend to our 12-year old Buick, even though we are from out of State and not a regular customer. We were impressed by the professionalism and pleas attend to our 12-year old Buick, even though we are from out of State and not a regular customer. We were impressed by the professionalism and pleasantness of all of the staff, They got our car repaired and we were on our way home by early afternoon. They took the time to explain our problem in terms we understood. And let us use the waiting area for our lunch. All in all, we could not have been happier despite the bad luck of running into car trouble over a thousand miles from home! More

Well you said it would be an hour. It was an hour and half. Asked Ethan to call me and I gave him my cell. Still called and bothered my husband at work. Then when I came to pick up my car, I asked where it was? The guys said oh just out side the door. I have never used this location so I had trouble getting out of the parking area. That I think you all need to rethink and park the finished vehicles somewhere else. I really like the people in Abilene location. So very friendly! Not impressed with the Salina location. More

I had a code come up on dashboard when done with my service. Was told next time I am in town I can stop by to have it checked. It’s showing my side detection isn’t working. I live an hour and a half from town. I sent an email when I got home saying that my mirror blind spot lights werent working and noticed this when I too got home. Not sure if this has to do with the side detection not working. More
