Greetings Craig and thank you for the honest review. We apologize for the choice of words chosen by the technician. It's our job to be vehicle experts and we obviously didn't succeed in craft or candor on this occasion. I understand your working with Lucas and GM to resolve the issue. In my testing today, I connected a brand new iPhone 14 to matching 2023 Sierra AT4 and found the Bluetooth connection meter only gave me 1 bar as well. The good news, it doesn't seem to affect performance as I travelled well over 60 feet from the vehicle without a break in audio. I imagine this will be a software revision by apple in near months as my Android phone did not have the same metering issues when using Android Auto.
