The repair that just occurred was for the turbo itself and is in fact the first turbo replacement. Service manager Lucas Luchsinger has made several attempts to reach you by telephone to to discuss the concern but has been unable to make contact. He Called one time while I was on Vacation. So now that is several attempts? As Far as the service history I have all the paperwork in the glove box parts list is all but the same. I usually don't responded to this type of thing but it has received a lot more attention than I did personally at the dealership. Don't concern yourself with any more calls to me I have moved on. I bought my forth GMC from Midway hoping for a better relationship with them. Holm I gave you the benefit of doubt in the service dept after it was purchased from the . You blew it. The service writer is the only one that was Effective at her job. Also a little word of wisdom don't talk to the customer as if they incompetent. I said what I said.
