Becca, Danny and the service manager were very professional and efficient in getting my repair issue resolved. Original diagnosis was a bad right shock based on the noise I was hearing . Based on price I elected to go somewhere else for the replacement after getting the shocks replaced the noise continued. I brought the van back to both places several times. The shocks were even replaced and I still had the noise. Honda originally said it was the shock. After 4 months honda kept the van for a couple days they had another van almost same year on the lot. They replaced both shocks from that van and installed in my van , noise gone !!! They gave me a choice to keep the shocks from the other van and they would use my shocks in the other van. No charge. I would highly recommend bridgewater honda especially their service department . For now on I go with honda parts More

I think with any large investment, it is important to have a good to great customer to salesman relationship, I thought that's what I had with this dealership,when my wife stop driving and it was time fo have a good to great customer to salesman relationship, I thought that's what I had with this dealership,when my wife stop driving and it was time for my lease to end we traded both cars in at the same time, and I have purchased two out of the five honda from them, my relationship with service was impeccable, whenever a car was to stay over night, I was given a loaner, now let's be clear my relationship with my salesman, Nate Daniels, has always been good, and will stay that way. I received a text from the dealership stating that my last 6 month on my lease would be waived, a thousand dollars would go on my deposit for a new lease, and my first month payment would be, waived, sounds beautiful, and when the deal was reached to come out of my 2023 odyssey touring, into a 2026 Crv touring demo, the deal couldn't be done over 62 dollars, I'm disappointed, and I know business is business, but you would think after 15 years of purchasing honda, that would have been take in to consideration, Honda loyalty? More
