Ron was super patient explaining everything to me & made sure I understood the price breakdown & felt completely comfortable before buying. He really went out of his way to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, that would fit my budget, right when I needed it. Then he had to teach me how to use all the fancy new technology so I could actually drive it :) Ron even helped me get a decal off my old car while I was transferring all my belongings into my new car. I thought for sure it would rip (it had a lot of sentimental-value) but he got it peeled off in one piece...can’t beat that for customer service! 14 years ago, I bought my first new car with Jane, a 2 door Civic. Of course that car still runs fine, but now I have two little girls to cart around.
