A few days before we were scheduled to pick our car up a major snow storm hit, and our SUV was buried. Arthur made it a point to make sure the car was glistening , even to the point of asking the service manager to oversee it. After all the paper work was done he explained every inch of the car . I also have to commend the sales manager Jane, she was easy to work with and even remembered us from over 10 years ago when we bought our last Honda.
