I brought my car in at 7am I didn’t find out what was wrong with my car until 4:30. Normally I would wait for my car but that day I couldn’t. The service rep told me I could text him or call for updates during the day. When I did call the message said he was out of the office and would not be answering any messages. I guess he left. He said I would hear from him by 2pm. I brought my car in for a ac leak recall the rep was telling me that that I didn’t have an extended warranty. I said I’m here for a a recall which was stated on the paperwork I had. The ac leak was covered by the original warranty but 3 other items connected to the AC were not with a $2100 price to fix it. I was stunned did not allow them to do the work. I tried several phone calls before finally getting someone to call me back about 4:00pm. There is also another recall on this car for a fuel pump but the parts aren’t even available till the fall. This car is only 4 years old. I have been buying Toyota’s since 1991. 5 of them. My wife wanted to try a Honda not my idea. I thought the service sucked. I will probably have Honda do the work, I don’t have a choice but it won’t be Honda North. I will never by another Honda ever again. I had some problems with some of my Toyota’s in the past but was always treated as a valued customer even though I wasn’t happy about the problem or the price. This was different I felt I should be grateful to you for no matter how I was treated. More
I wanted to sell my personal vehicle, so I went online to get the estimated value, after I input a pretty accurate description of my BMW.KBB.com gave me a estimated value of $6,900.. I thought that it would be worth more, but the used car market is in turmoil, so I would accept the $6,900. for my 2013 BMW 535 xdrive with 85k miles.reasonable good condition. referred me to a few dealership including Honda North by KBB.com.. I arrive at honda north and was told that the use car manager wasn't currently there, as I was going to leave,another gentleman said that he was the used car manager, and he would be doing the appraisal on my car. I was a lil confused by who was actually the manager, it didn't matter to me, I just wanted to get the appraisal so I could make a decision. Well he came back with sound and dance stories about my car..Of the other 4 dealerships that I was referred, Honda North was the only dealer that actually tried to steal my car.. KBB.com gave a estimated value of $6,900. the other 4 dealership were on point with their appraisal values within a couple hundred of the KBB.com estimate. Honda North in danvers offer $5,500. Not a place that me or my family will ever do business.. More

My recent visit to Honda North for service on my 2023 Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with his friendly demeanor and was very polite making me feel very at home given the current construction activities and temporary waiting area set up in a mobile trailer.
