Honda On Grand

I have never experienced more horrible customer service than I experienced tonight at Honda on Grand. I called ahead to make sure they had the vehicle I was interested in. “Jacobi” confirmed that the vehic than I experienced tonight at Honda on Grand. When I arrived, I waited as employees joked around and ignored me until someone called for Jacobi. 2 calls and 20 minutes later he finally appears. After making me sit and wait and enter my information, he goes to get the keys only to inform me that the car had sold much earlier in the day. I walked out. Every employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got a sitter for my kids and drove an hour round trip to see the car. I would never set foot in this dealership again and I’m shocked such a dealership with that is dishonest and unprofessional is reviewed so well. More

Dropped off my car at 11:33 am, took the shuttle to the gym that was less than 8 minutes away. Got a text that my car was ready at 1:05 pm. I went for my routine maintenance, which included an oil/filter change, as well as an AC repair covered by my extended warranty. Everything was taken care of in a single visit.
