Worst Experience Ever!! I will never go to this dealership again or recommend them to anyone! No one listens to you and what you want as a customer and then they will make yo I will never go to this dealership again or recommend them to anyone! They lie, don’t return phone calls. Do not deal with Cynthia Cubero in the finance department! She is a liar and will sell you on things you don’t need, then never call you back! She is an embarrassment as a representative of their company! Go to Kay Honda, they are a much better dealership! I bought 2 cars there and didn’t go through anything near the crap I went through with Carmine & Honda Universe! More

Lease a new Accord EX-L I have had Honda Accords since about the year 2000. I absolutely love them. I had contacted several dealerships with regard to what I wanted in an I have had Honda Accords since about the year 2000. I absolutely love them. I had contacted several dealerships with regard to what I wanted in an Accord and what I wanted to pay. I find it easier to make the calls rather than do the legwork. You don't have to sell me the car, because I know exactly what I want. The only thing that needs to be worked out are the terms and amount of the lease. I called several Honda dealerships in my area, and it seems that no one was able, or willing, to work with me to getting what I wanted for the price I wanted. I contacted Honda Universe, they gave me a price on the phone, and I went to the dealership and met with Brian .and was in and out in record time, getting a lease payment per month of $5.00 less than I anticipated. Brian was courtesies and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as Brian, to anyone asking about purchasing or leasing a new car. I love me new Honda Accord EX-L. More
