We came across an Accord which interested us and when we arrived, the vehicle was awaiting us for a test drive. We were greeted and within a few minutes introduced to Peter Oties. Peter was very friendly, non-pushy, well versed and listened carefully to our needs. After the test drive there was no turning back and Peter helped us through the painful process of the paperwork. The First Responders program also was a key motivator in choosing Honda Universe.
