Took my car for an oil change at 8 am told it would take like 2 hrs it was 3 pm and no one called me I had to call and got a voicemail I was finally called back to pick up car at around 3:15 then was asked like 2 hrs it was 3 pm and no one called me I had to call and got a voicemail I was finally called back to pick up car at around 3:15 then was asked if I wanted car washed and had to wait for it dealer had car for 7 hrs and waited till I got there to was car. I made an appointment for 3:30pm on a Thursday. I got there they took my vehicle and an hour and a half later I get a call from the service advisor that there are no technicians to work on my car. I got there they took my vehicle and an hour and a half later I get a call from the service advisor that there are no technicians to work on my car. Waste of my time. So I bring it back on a Saturday and the service advisor says no appointment was needed. Get there on Saturday and someone else says they are not taking walk ins.
