Our interaction with this Honda dealer goes back more than a decade and the way they handle customer service has kept us coming back. We have never had service on our Honda vehicles from anywhere other than this dealership. My van is in now for a warranty issue and Mark fixed me up with a loaner car to ease the hardship on our family. They go above and beyond and take care of their customers. I've never had to return a vehicle for shoddy service while having had a previous experience with having my van towed back to the dealership twice because the proper amount of transmission fluid wasn't put back into it after a service visit. It's great to have a dealership that keeps you connected to the service advisor that knows you and your vehicle. I would recommend them above every other dealership we have dealt with. More

Excellent Customer Service and Experience Start to Finish I was in the market for a used small to mid size SUV, and was very sensitive to price and quality. In my research I kept coming back to Honda of Cleve I was in the market for a used small to mid size SUV, and was very sensitive to price and quality. In my research I kept coming back to Honda of Cleveland. Price wise they beat everyone for hundreds of miles around on every comparable vehicle I looked at that they had in stock. Then came their dedication to quality....they simply would not sell me a car that was not up to their standards and exceeded my expectations. I was interested (to the point of scheduling an appointment to come from over an hour away to drive the vehicle) in a particular SUV, but the day I was scheduled to come it was found that the vehicle had an issue that was previously undiscovered. They called me immediately to inform me and apologize about the situation. A few days later the salesman, Stephen Hailey, followed up with me to let me know they had gotten in a comparable vehicle that was in "pristine" condition. From there things moved rather quickly....test drive, negotiations, trade in, financing....Everything was flawless, almost seemed too easy! Stephen is one of the best I have dealt with in the car business: friendly, informative, helpful, thorough, laid back, and on the spot with communication. Great! I like this place because they don't make you feel overwhelmed. You have freedom to just look if that's what you want to do. He went the extra mile and found exactly what I was looking for and I didn't have to pay a dime more than what I was budgeted for. I also liked the fact that he took me to see the cars he wanted to show me instead of have me go back to his desk and look at them on a screen. More
