Disrespectful and Threateningly Aggressive Service Manager Unfortunately I don't have the name of the man we dealt with on Tuesday November 22, 2016, ( I think it was Brandon Perry but not sure of his name) bu Unfortunately I don't have the name of the man we dealt with on Tuesday November 22, 2016, ( I think it was Brandon Perry but not sure of his name) but we found him to be extremely rude and very aggressive. His customer service skills were sorely lacking and his behavior very disrespectful. The service to my car was not as expected and there appeared a second charge for the same alignment. When the exchange became heated, I left the service area and got into my car and this man actually followed me and tried to remove the keys. AS we came to pick up my vehicle together my husband was in the service area to pay the bill with our credit card. We then left to speak to the general manager, Mr. Corey Choate. He is to be complimented for listening attentively to our situation, calmed us down and agreed there should not be a second charge for the alignment and had the charge removed. It was a very distressing situation and I would never bring my car for service there again based on the response of this service manager. More

I made an appointment for the service and was pleased to find a very friendly and efficient staff in the service department. Even though the repair required more time than I had anticipated, the facilities offered a very comfortable environment during the wait. At the conclusion of the work, I was presented a review of all recommended service work for my automobile and I recently returned to have some, but not all of that work completed. The staff was accommodating and did not attempt to pressure me to do work that I did not want to do. I will quiet possibly purchase my next automobile from this dealership. More

Absolutely wonderful. 5 stars on everything. Traveling from Indiana to Tennessee. Car would not crank while leaving motel in Cleveland AAA got us on the road and advised us to the Cleveland Hond Traveling from Indiana to Tennessee. Called and spoke to Greg Lee who assured us that we would not be waiting long to get battery tested and problem solved. He made us very comfortable and the service was fast. We were back on the road in no time. Every employee that we encountered had a smile on their face. A great place to use. More
stress free I came into the dealership because my car had been stolen. I was taken care of on the spot. They had just found my car. I got it towed 40 miles and al I came into the dealership because my car had been stolen. I was taken care of on the spot. They had just found my car. I got it towed 40 miles and all I had to do is give the toe driver this mans name. They took care of the toe driver when it got there ,reprogramed my car, and new keys. I got it that evening to them . It was ready early the next morning. The people there are great caring people. More

I was a little bit early and I was going to sit and wait for my appointment time. However, they got me in and finished and I didn't have to wait but 20 minutes or so - just barely past my appointment time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. More
