Honda of Cleveland management used MY $1,000.00 finance incentive to discount the car without my knowledge; then as final pricing was being discussed, Honda of Cleveland management used MY $1,000.00 finance incentive to discount the car without my knowledge; then as final pricing was being discussed, I asked where my finance incentive $$$ were going to show up and I was told it was used in the discounted price !!! (Really now ?? How can a customer's incentive money be used to discount a vehicle - especially without their knowledge ??). I talked to the General Manager and he basically told me that's what they did & he approved it. Speaks volumes about Honda of Cleveland's customer satisfaction doesn't it. More
