Fan replacement I’ve been getting my oil changed here for years. The service team is always friendly, ciurteous and helpful. This is the first time in 6 years that I’ I’ve been getting my oil changed here for years. The service team is always friendly, ciurteous and helpful. This is the first time in 6 years that I’ve been there for something other than routine maintenance.. Roger listened to my description of the problem. Asked probing questions to clarify and suggested two things that could be causing the oroblem.. They issue was quickly diagnosed, the replacement part ordered and an appointment made for installation. The installation was done within the time estimated and under the estimated cost. I trust the service team and will continue to use them as long as I own my Honda. More

Don Scoggins and Brandon Brookshire are Awesome! I had literally been looking at reviews for SUV's for days online when my dad and I decided to stop by Honda of Cleveland. Don (our salesman) stopped I had literally been looking at reviews for SUV's for days online when my dad and I decided to stop by Honda of Cleveland. Don (our salesman) stopped us as we were driving through the used car section. I explained to him what I was looking for and that our family had purchased 5 cars from them over the years and the last one was the one I was looking to trade. We talked about my budget and went to look at a new Honda CR-V. As soon as I drove it I was in love and we started the paperwork. Everyone there was awesome from start to finish! I can't thank Don enough for all of his help. He stayed with us from start to finish! Brandon was great at walking me through all of my closing paperwork and was more than willing to answer every question i had about finiancing and my warranty. I highly recomend Honda of Cleveland. Don and Brandon are awesome and i look forward to working with them again in the future! To anyone looking for a no pressure sales experience! I love my 2018 Honda CR-V! More
