Trade-in from 2008 Honda Accord to 2018 CR-V I was not sure that I was ready to trade my 2008 Honda Accord because I was very pleased with its performance. I took it for service (oil change, etc I was not sure that I was ready to trade my 2008 Honda Accord because I was very pleased with its performance. I took it for service (oil change, etc.) and before leaving the dealership I decided to ride around the new car lot. I immediately felt attracted to one of the maroon Honda CR-V's. Went back into the building and was greeted by Rusty Curran. Rusty was very helpful and I did not feel pressure at any time. He took time to show me different CR-V's and led me to the one that would best meet my needs and my situation. Rusty showed patience with me and I really appreciated that. After deciding on one of the CR-V's I was introduced to the Finance Officer, Jeff Joseph who worked with me to give me the program for financing the purchase. Jeff was very helpful and patient and thorough with explaining to me the process. Rusty also introduced me to Adam Bliss who helped me with connecting my Android with the car system. Great Service Department! I had to take my car in to be serviced for new brakes. Upon arrival, my battery died right there in the bay area.
