My very first big girl purchase I am fairly young and just getting out on my own. So this was a pretty big decision for me. I looked online for months trying to figure out what car I wanted until I settled on the Honda accord. That was the easy part. Trying to find the best deal was pretty difficult. I went to a couple of dealerships and they pressured me to test drive cars out of my price range and tried to talk me into running my credit before I could get my questions answered. But when I arrived at honda of columbia it was a completely different atmosphere. My salesman Adam was awesome. He gave me my space to look the car over and he knew alot of information about the car I was interested in. He was easy to contact and answered all of my questions. I truly believe he did everything in his power to get me the best deal. Overall I had a great first experience buying my car at honda of columbia and I would recommend them and Adam to everybody I know! More

I have had great interactions with sales, financing, service, with zero complaints. I am not an easy guy to please. I expect a lot. I have never walked away from this dealership without having my needs met. I have now purchased 3 new cars from John Hicks. I came to the dealership first about 3 years ago to assist my son in leasing a new car. I was not knowledgeable about leases and a little wary. John was great and walked us through everything we needed to know. There was no pressure and he understood my son's needs. I believe a great sales person takes time to understand a buyers needs and helps them find something that fills that need at a price they can afford. I found that with John Nick. Actually, things went so well, not only did my son get what he needed, I leased a car for my wife as well. Recently we stopped back at the dealership and spoke to John about what we were planning to do with her lease ending in a few months. FYI - their lease options are outstanding. Long story short, we turned her car in and got a new Civic EX. Loved the old one , no issues at all in 3 years. My wife just decided she likes the new body design. Again John was great and I am very happy with it, which surprised my wife because I am rarely happy with anything. I can assure you I will be back to see John when it is time to replace my car and I recommend for everyone to stop in and check out this dealership and talk to John Nick. More
