They are courteous and thorough. They follow up well and kept me informed for delivery of the truck we ordered. The only issue was that the bed cover didn't arrive when or before the truck. The only thing I would ask is that the salesman update the seller every 2-3 days with progress or lack thereof in obtaining the delivery of the desired vehicle. Asten was awful to work with. His attitude was poor and made a stressful buying experience even worse. Adam, the salesperson was wonderful and apologetic about the experience I had with Asten.
