At 3:15 PM on Dec 30, 2020 I pulled into the express lane for service. I got out of my car, leaving the key inside for the service tech. NO ONE CAME OUT TO ASK WHAT KIND OF SERVICE I NEEDED. Though I made eye contact with several employees in their cubicles, NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED me as a customer. This service center would do well to take notes from the TYLER TEXAS Honda Service Center!
