Hi My experience was very positive. Jonathan was handling my service and 10 out of 10 is my rating. Jennifer was the person that scheduled my visit and again I appreciate her assistance Jonathan was handling my service and 10 out of 10 is my rating. The online assistant told me that someone will call me about the recall on my model but no one called but I was informed about it during the visit. Unfortunately I already scheduled service for the recall at Hamilton Honda which is much closer to my home. I like you service specials though and will come back in the future.
