Brought vehicle in for recall on fuel tank pump. When we got the vehicle back, the fuel gauge remained on full, and my wife ran out of gas while driving. I have called 5 times to schedule a recall service appointment on my Ridgeline. The first time I was transferred to Nick's phone, left a message never got a call back. Next 3 times spoke with a male appointment on my Ridgeline. The first time I was transferred to Nick's phone, left a message never got a call back. Next 3 times spoke with a male who said he would leave Nick a message, no call back. Today I called on their recall line and all the phone did was ring. The operator eventually picked up and transferred me back to service where it rang a couple of times then disconnected. Their mantra, Always better than the competition needs a lot of work. More
