Took my CRV in for oil leaks first time on 6/17/26 (1st time $616 + 2nd time $509). The first time the service was very expensive $616 including the diagnosis and repairs & they said the repairs were compl time $616 + 2nd time $509). The first time the service was very expensive $616 including the diagnosis and repairs & they said the repairs were completed. Within days I noticed the car was still leaking oil. I had to bring the car back again 6/30/26 ($509). This was also a very expensive repair and they repaired the leak that they missed the first time. Keeping an eye out to see if still leaking. It should have been significantly discounted or even free of charge because I lost two days and the diagnosis time the 2nd time to find the leak they missed plus the 2nd unnecessary Multi Point Inspection should not have been included in the hourly rate. They claimed they did do a discount (very modest) that was not enough considering my time and inconvenience they caused because the repairs were not done correctly the first time. All together the repairs cost close to $1,200. More

I brought my Civic in for an oil change and overall check up. I was surprised when I picked up my car and was told the tires were all in the green range. Strange since 10,000 miles ago I was told the rear ti up. I was surprised when I picked up my car and was told the tires were all in the green range. When I mentioned that I was surprised that the tires were in better shape than last time after being driven another 10,000 miles, Denis defended the tech saying that different techs measure tread depth differently. I don't think so!! When I brought the car to another mechanic, he showed me that my rear tires were very low tread and that the left rear had a section that was completely bald. Someone did not do their job properly. More
