Freehold Honda service department is aces in my book. Nilay informs me of any and all service do every time I bring it in for an oil change. I love that I don’t have to worry about anything. Honda service is totally worth it. My civic is at 182,000 and still runs like new. More

Did not listen to my needs. Salesman was told I wanted to do a deal with zero out of pocket besides first month tax and motor vehicle fees. After test driving and spending a cou Salesman was told I wanted to do a deal with zero out of pocket besides first month tax and motor vehicle fees. After test driving and spending a couple of hours there, I decided to lease a 2026 Hybrid CRV Trail Sport. When all was said and done, I sat down with finance manager who told me I needed to put down over $4,800. This proved to me that the salesman and the finance Manager did not listen to me. If i could not afford the vehicle with zero out of pocket I would have left, this decision is mine and mine alone, At the end of the deal, I still had to put out over $2,800, a big difference from $4,800. I am not interested in dealing with what I consider deceitful people. I have been a long time customer and use the dealerships service department. I'm not sure I will do this going forward. More
