Parts and Service was outstanding. Sales and Management were not. Once paperwork was signed when buying a 2021 brand new car, we were no longer important. They didn't bother to contact me with issues conce were not. Once paperwork was signed when buying a 2021 brand new car, we were no longer important. They didn't bother to contact me with issues concerning parts owed to me for over 3 weeks, and then gave incorrect information 3x, which was not only confusing but very frustrating. When in for service and was there almost 4 hours with little concern for time mangement or care to the customer. Their consulation for all the trouble was a free detail (which basically came free for buying a new car from them) and a free tank of gas, which would have taken even longer since and IOU wasn't made readily accessible upon completion of a 30+minute detail job. Left very frustrated due to lack of them giving a xxxx. Go for service, not for purchasing. More
