Honda is the absolute WORST place to buy, lease or repair a car or van. The Honda Odesy ‘s computer never works, the radio shut off on its own. The phone gives you exactly 1 minute before your call is muted a car or van. The Honda Odesy ‘s computer never works, the radio shut off on its own. It took 3 hours for an oil change!!! The never called when my car was ready. So I had to leave it overnight, and without a car fir an OIL CHANGE!!! Lol!! What a joke!!!! More

I will not purchase another vehicle from Freehold Honda. While I was able to negotiate a reasonable price, I am not convinced that my car went through the complete 182 point inspection. I had to return the following Monday to have the brakes, wipers, floor mats, key fob batteries and sunroof switch repaired! I should have received the printout on my car upon purchase. I had to ask for it. Management seemed less than pleased when I complained about the items which were repaired. My next Honda will be purchased elsewhere. More

I stand next to my van for almost 10 minutes before any body greet me, service clerk never told me his name, left the car 9am, never get a call back. I called multiple times during the day inquire about body greet me, service clerk never told me his name, left the car 9am, never get a call back. I called multiple times during the day inquire about the status, got transfer around and hung up on, and no answer. when I came to the facility, still haven’t even start oil change.
