I have to say I was not happy with my latest service. After I had an oil change and service put in a new battery, 3 warning lights kept coming on intermittently. I brought my car back 3 times for the sam After I had an oil change and service put in a new battery, 3 warning lights kept coming on intermittently. I brought my car back 3 times for the same issue, 3 warning lights were repeatedly going on. After trying resolve the problem twice, they decided to try recommending costly routine maintenance items be done. The costs would have been close to $400 and they didn’t even mention if this would make the warning lights stay off. In the end, they topped off the brake fluid and so far the lights are still off. I don’t drive that much since I’m working from home so I guess time will tell. I would also like to commend Emmanuel in the service department. The second time we were there the service reps walked past us fir more than 15 minutes without asking if we needed help but as soon as Emmanuel entered the service department, he was very attentive and helpful. I appreciated that. More

You do a fine job with my car. But I will not be returning to your dealership. Over the course of the past few months, I've reached out to the guy who handled my lease several times by email and pho returning to your dealership. Over the course of the past few months, I've reached out to the guy who handled my lease several times by email and phone to ask him a question and he never replied. And last Saturday, despite the signs hanging *everywhere* saying masks were required, at least half of your service staff was wearing them incorrectly or not at all. I waited out in the cold bc I didn't want to get sick as a result of their selfishness and your lack of interest in keeping customers safe.
