I would not purchase another Honda. The rear window shade on our 2022 odyssey is still broken waiting on parts for over 6 months for a warranty covered item. Spoke with Honda customer service and they blamed the lack of parts on their suppliers. They’re still building cars and selling them so I don’t know how they can claim a lack of parts. More

The service staff are polite and courteous. My car is a Clarity, plug-in hybrid, so I know any service other than an oil change or tire rotation is difficult. I have full warranty coverage, so My car is a Clarity, plug-in hybrid, so I know any service other than an oil change or tire rotation is difficult. I have full warranty coverage, so when the repair took almost two weeks and Honda of Freehold gave me a loaner, the experience was fine. Since I got the car back, everything seems OK. More
