The service department is not satisfactory. Disappointing experience and weak follow up on the experience. They say they care but do not follow through. have yet to have a good experience with this service center; staff overall are fine but the process is very frustrating to get appointment and disappointing to set appt yet not be able to get car back t center; staff overall are fine but the process is very frustrating to get appointment and disappointing to set appt yet not be able to get car back the same day. an 11am appt should not result in a 4:30 text about finding out the status PLUS suggested other work. when declined additional work was informed the car would not be ready same day. very inconvenient More
