I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Honda of Kenosha. I brought forward an issue with my brand-new Honda vehicle that was clearly due to a factory defect. Despite being under warranty w Honda of Kenosha. I brought forward an issue with my brand-new Honda vehicle that was clearly due to a factory defect. Despite being under warranty when the issue first began, the dealership delayed resolution and now refuses to service my car. Rodney Porter and the team repeatedly stated that I was not returning calls, when in fact I called Honda Corporate many times and left multiple messages, all documented in my case file. I am a full-time student and a mother of three, and I’ve done everything I can to resolve this situation responsibly. Instead of assisting with a fair resolution, they pressured me to return the loaner vehicle without finalizing a plan to repair my car. I’ve now been left without reliable transportation, without my car repaired, and without support from the very dealership that sold me the vehicle. I expected far better from a Honda dealership, especially one representing a brand that prides itself on quality and customer care. I would not recommend Honda of Kenosha based on this experience.
